Yoga surrounded by plants, what could be more relaxing this January?! Yoga is back at Cozyn's. Join Becca for a one hour vinyasa-style class, created for all yogi's, beginner and beyond. Classes will run on Sunday starting at 10:30am, beginning on January 5th and running for 7 weeks!

About the event
Immerse yourself in a tropical setting during the winter months and get active! Yoga sessions in Cozyn's greenhouse have returned! These classes feature flow-style yoga and are suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Please bring a mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes. Additional props such as a yoga block, blanket, or knee pads are encouraged to enhance your experience.
