Each option begins with an Initial Assessment (1.5 hours — $85)
A deep-dive into your movement, goals, posture, breath, and core function so your training is intentional and tailored from the very start.



💪 The Strong Start Package

12 1:1 sessions — $685

Perfect if you’re ready to rebuild strength, find your routine again, and reconnect with your body over 6–12 weeks.
A grounded, supportive place to begin — or begin again.

Includes:
• 12 private 1-hour training sessions
• Personalized strength + mobility program
• Postpartum-safe progressions (if applicable)
• Breathwork + mindful movement woven into every session
• Ongoing support + check-ins between sessions



🌸 The Stronger Forward Package

24 1:1 sessions — $1,295
10% savings

A deeper, more transformative container.
This package gives you time to shift not only your strength — but your habits, energy, confidence, and the way you care for yourself.

Includes:
• 24 private 1-hour training sessions
• Fully customized programming updated every 2–4 weeks
• Progressive core + strength work
• Support for movement, mindset, nourishment, and recovery
• Priority booking
• Bonus: personalized home plan for travel/sick weeks
• Bonus: free access to LoveUp pop-up yoga classes during your package



🌿 Optional Add-Ons

For the seasons when you want a little extra support or flexibility, these add-ons can be added to any training package.

Extra Single Session — $60/hr
For extra guidance during busy weeks or when you want an additional strength, mobility, or form-focused session.

Customized 6-Week Home Plan — $75
A structured, easy-to-follow program designed around your equipment, your schedule, and your goals — perfect for in-between sessions, travel, or those nap-time windows.

Monthly Movement + Nourishment Check-In Call — $40
A dedicated 20–30 minute call to review progress, reset goals, and align your movement and nourishment with your current energy and season.

Partner/Family Training — Discounted Rate
Add a partner or family member to your session for a reduced rate — available especially for moms who want to train with an older teen or spouse.
