Transform your life with my comprehensive 16-week masterclass, combining fitness training, yoga, and nutrition coaching into a holistic wellness journey.
I start by getting to know you and who you are at this moment in your life.
I then begin to create a customized program that fits your lifestyle, goals and history.
I ask for a minimum of a 4 month commitment together. I know this may sound like a lot, but sustainable progress takes time. I want to help you build habits and make changes that will become a lifestyle, all while shaping a healthier, more vibrant you!
Together, we will explore three main areas in your life;
We will look at your daily movement and routine. I truly believe the quickest way to an energetic life is through consistent resistance training. Increased muscle mass also increases your metabolism, allowing you to gain overall physical and mental strength while sculpting a strong and curvy physique. I will show you how to make the most of your time, either at home or in the gym, so you can efficiently workout and have more time to do the things you love.
We will also examine your current nutrition habits and together we will work on building healthier habits that will help you help you change and sustain your desired body composition and shed unwanted weight.
I typically don’t build meal plans for a few reasons. First, I feel like they are a type of yet another diet. Diets usually are not sustainable because they feel restrictive. And second, if you are limiting yourself from the foods you enjoy, when you do decide to have your favorite x,y,z, this can lead to feelings of shame and guilt. Not the feelings I am wanting to encourage while we build your new lifestyle! Instead, we will work with the foods you already enjoy consuming, while finding new, high quality nutrients to add to your diet.
Finally, but not lastly, we will overcome any mental blocks that have maybe held you back while feeling supported and encouraged throughout your transformation. We will start to build an intentional yoga practice that fits your needs whether that be to lower stress, gain mobility or tend to that nagging lower back you've had issues with over the years. We will also build healthy sleep and recovery habits to have you feeling your best self!
